Victory and Peace issue celebrating the victory and peace of the 1939-1945 war. A total of 40 territories participated in the standard issue with a further 21 producing local designs. The standard issues shows the Houses of Parliament within a frame. On the right is a profile of King George VI with a frame and St Edward’s Crown. Both lower corners have the value table and the words ‘Postage and Revenue’ are framed to the right. The name of the territory is set across the a framed panel at the top.
